Refund Policy

Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Health and beauty products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons).

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
